General Terms and Conditions for BYND STUDIOS                                                               

1. Applicability

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of BYND STUDIOS.

1.2. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

 

2. Offers and Prices

2.1. All offers are non-binding and subject to availability.

2.2. Prices are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of shipping costs.

2.3. BYND STUDIOS reserves the right to change prices and correct any errors in the prices or descriptions of products.

 

3. Orders

3.1. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

3.2. A binding agreement is established when BYND STUDIOS confirms your order via email.


4. Payment

4.1. Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered during the checkout process.

4.2. Orders will only be processed after payment is received.

 

5. Delivery

5.1. BYND STUDIOS will handle the utmost care when receiving and executing orders for products.

5.2. Delivery times indicated on the website are estimates and not guaranteed.

5.3. If delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot be executed, BYND STUDIOS will inform you as soon as possible.

 

6. Right of Withdrawal

6.1. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

6.2. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you receive your goods.

6.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email).

 

7. Returns

7.1. If you cancel your order, you must return the goods to us within 14 days after the day you inform us of the cancellation.

7.2. The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by you.

7.3. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

 

8. Warranty

8.1. BYND STUDIOS guarantees that the products meet the contract, the specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of reliability and/or usability, and the existing statutory provisions and/or government regulations on the date the contract is concluded.

 

9. Liability

9.1. BYND STUDIOS shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the products.

9.2. The total liability of [Webshop Name], whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the products that caused such liability.

 

10. Privacy

10.1. BYND STUDIOS respects the privacy of all users of its site and ensures that personal information provided by customers is treated confidentially.


11. Disputes

11.1. Contracts between BYND STUDIOS and the customer to which these General Terms and Conditions apply, are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

11.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

Complaints Procedure

At BYND STUDIOS , we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a product or our service, we would like to hear from you so that we can provide a suitable solution.


1. Submitting a Complaint

1.1. You can submit your complaint via email to           customersupport@byndstudios.com

1.2. Please include your name, order number, and a clear description of the complaint.

1.3. We ask that you attach any relevant evidence, such as photos or other relevant documents.

 

2. Acknowledgment of Receipt

2.1. After receiving your complaint, we will send you an acknowledgment of receipt by email within 7 business days.


3. Assessment of the Complaint

3.1. We will assess your complaint within 14 business days of receipt.

3.2. If additional information is needed, we will contact you to obtain the necessary details.


4. Resolution

4.1. We aim to resolve your complaint within 21 business days after assessment.

4.2. Possible resolutions may include:

   - Replacement of the product.

   - Refund of the purchase price.

   - Repair of the product.

   - Another suitable solution in consultation with you.


5. Dissatisfied with the Handling?

5.1. If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can contact an independent disputes committee, such as the WebwinkelKeur Foundation.
