Refund policy
14 days to change your mind
You have 14 days after receiving your order to cancel it, for any reason. This also applies to sale items.
How to return
- Email customersupport@byndstudios.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
- We send you a free return label.
- Send the items back within 14 days after your email.
You can try items on the way you would in a store. Please return them unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. If an item has been worn or damaged beyond trying it on, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.
Refunds
We refund the full amount, including what you paid for shipping, within 14 days after you tell us you are cancelling. We may wait until we have received the items back. If you chose express shipping, we refund the full express cost too. The refund goes to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Want a different size? Return the item as above and place a new order for the size you want.
Damaged or wrong items
Check your order when it arrives. If something is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, email us with a photo and we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.
